We've moved away from textbook theories. Instead, you'll work directly on actual business scenarios that we encounter daily. Each week brings new challenges based on real client situations from the past year.
Our approach came from a simple observation – traditional finance courses teach formulas, but they don't teach you how to spot the story behind the numbers. We spend considerable time on pattern recognition and developing your instinct for financial anomalies.
You'll build three complete business plans during the program, each progressively more complex. The final project involves presenting to actual business owners who provide feedback on your analysis.

Foundation Building
Master essential financial analysis tools and understand how different business models affect planning approaches. We cover cash flow modeling and risk assessment fundamentals.

Applied Practice
Work with anonymized real business data sets. Learn to identify funding gaps, growth constraints, and market positioning challenges that affect financial projections.

Expert Integration
Develop sophisticated scenario modeling skills and learn to present complex financial information in ways that drive business decisions. Practice with live case studies.
